How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please reach out to us at admin@stagtrail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to return the item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items and Gift Cards

We will work quickly to resolve the issue, whether through a return, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return for the unwanted product and placing a new order for the item you wish to receive. This will ensure you get your replacement as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you regarding the approval status. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been initiated.
